Queens students swept the top three spots in this year’s Diocesan Middle Grades Math Bee, which took place at Immaculate Conception Catholic Academy in Jamaica, last month. The winners, above, from left, are: in third place, Nicholas Fiocca, fifth grader at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Academy, Bayside; first place, Aiden Lim, fourth grader at Holy Child Jesus Catholic Academy, Richmond Hill; and in second place, Maximus Anigacz, fifth grader at St. Matthias School, Ridgewood.
