The Msgr. McClancy M.H.S., East Elmhurst, community came together Jan. 10 to honor longtime varsity basketball coach Donald Kent, who stepped down from his post prior to this season.

A jersey with the No. 343 – Kent’s total number of wins – will hang from the rafters in the school gym.

Several of Kent’s former players joined the current varsity team for the ceremony.
