Local Buses to the March for Life

The diocese’s Secretariat for Evangelization is sending buses to the March for Life in Washington D.C., on Friday, Jan. 18. One bus will leave from Brooklyn and one from Queens. The cost is $25 per person.

Buses will leave from the diocesan offices, located at 310 Prospect Park West in Park Slope, and at the Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston, at 6:30 a.m.

In Astoria, Anne Gilmartin is organizing a bus with pick-ups from St. Joseph’s Church at 6 a.m. The bus is free. Call Anne at 718-651-9017 to reserve a seat.

In Flushing, Cathy Donohoe is organizing a bus from Holy Family Church at 5:45 a.m. following Mass at 5 a.m. Cost: $25; $10 for students. For reservations, call or text Cathy at 917-929-2752.

In Belle Harbor, Rita Hayden is organizing a bus from St. Francis de Sales parish. Bus will leave at 7 a.m. The cost is $25 per person; children ride free. Call Rita for more information and a reservation at 718-570-7908.
