Juana Mitre Barrera, the wife of Deacon Francisco Hernandez, of Immaculate Conception parish, Astoria, died Sept. 4.

A  Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Sept. 7 at the church.

Burial was in St. Michael’s Cemetery, East Elmhurst.
