Four Teachers Complete Leadership Program Conducted at St. John’s U.

The Department of Administrative and Instructional Leadership of St. John’s University completed the St. Frances Cabrini-Aspiring Principals’ Discernment Program for this semester. Participants included Lynn Alaimo, Jennifer DiLorenzo, Dawn Rao and Melissa Wagner.

The program was formed to allow opportunities that would be insightful for the job skills required in principal leadership. It allows for a five-month period for potential principal candidates to consider the standards of leadership established by the Office of the Superintendent – Catholic School Support Services.

The commencement began with Mass in St. Thomas More Church on campus, followed by a reception in the faculty lounge.
