A Mass of Christian Burial for Dr. George Hoffman, 101, was celebrated June 25 at Good Shepherd Church, Marine Park. He died June 21.

He was a Knight of the Holy Sepulchre, a member of the Bishop’s Court of Honor, member of the Cathedral Club of Brooklyn, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, and the Catholic Teachers Association of NYC.

He is survived by his son, Roger and his daughter, Arlene McGillick of Douglaston.
