Trinity Human Services Corporation (THSC) will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, April 26, at 11 a.m. to celebrate the grand opening of its newly renovated offices at 153 A Johnson Ave. in Williamsburg. Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez and Councilmember Antonio Reynoso are scheduled to attend along with other friends, neighbors and benefactors of THSC. Light snacks will be served.
Founded in 1981, Trinity Human Services Corporation builds on individual and family strengths to improve the lives of economically disadvantaged residents in Williamsburg, Greenpoint and Bushwick.
THSC provides a range of social services, including but not limited to emergency food and clothing assistance, and referrals for employment and job training/placement, child protective services, medical and mental healthcare, housing and emergency shelters, legal services, foster care and literacy.
