Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens is sponsoring two different events on Sunday, Sept. 20, to prepare for Pope Francis’ visit to the United States.

The #WalkWithFrancis campaign began in the Archdiocese of Washington and Catholic Charities agencies across the country have been joining in the effort.

In Brooklyn, the Walk will begin at 4 p.m. at San Damiano Mission (Holy Family Church, Nassau Ave.) in Williamsburg and ends at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 6 p.m. when a Mass will be celebrated and a reception will be held.
