Keeping in mind the true spirit of Christmas, the community of St. John’s Prep, Astoria, helped make the season a festive one for those who are struggling financially. Students held a food drive to benefit St. John the Baptist parish in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The Junior Ladies of Charity Club coordinated the drive and helped deliver food to the parish.
