Catholic Charities’ St. John XXIII Services Offers Comprehensive Programs to Seniors

Catholic Charities recently hosted an information session for over 300 seniors at the SS Simon and Jude parish, Gravesend, to introduce the newly formed St. John XXIII Senior Services.

It will provide all seniors and their families with ready access to all senior services offered through the Diocese of Brooklyn by Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens and related agencies.

Through the St. John XXIII Senior Services, seniors can learn about programs that help older adults improve the quality of their lives and obtain the support necessary so they can continue to live in their own communities by simply calling 718-722-6001.

The phone number will allow seniors and their families to find out about Catholic Charities senior centers, social adult day programs for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, case management for the homebound elderly, home delivered meals to the homebound elderly, friendly visiting, and more information on our senior housing programs.
