The Cathedral Club of Brooklyn held its annual memorial Mass at Our Lady of Angels Church, Bay Ridge, on Nov. 20. Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio, the Club’s spiritual director, was the main concelebrant.
He was joined by the club’s newly appointed chaplain, Father Kevin Abels, pastor of Our Lady of Angels.
To honor the Bishop’s 18 years of service as Bishop of Brooklyn, the Cathedral Club President Pat Russo presented a check in his honor to the diocese’s Futures in Education Foundation during a Communion breakfast that followed at the Bay Ridge Manor attended by the club’s officers and members of the board of directors.
