Fellowship Helps Youth Keep Faith in FOCUS

FOCUS helps to provide an environment where students can share their faith, which includes promoting Bible study, daily prayer, the participation in the sacraments – as well as conferences and mission trips with opportunities to help those in need.

Local WYD Event at Novitiate

About 17 young women made their way to our St. Ann’s Novitiate in Queens Village to join us for a World Youth Day celebration in union with the pilgrims in Krakow.

#Youth Pray for Peace

As a response to the violence going on locally and abroad, the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph, Prospect Heights, will host a prayer vigil with youth and young adults on Wednesday, Aug. 3 at 7 p.m.

World Youth Day 2016 Patron Saints

The theme of the XXXI World Youth Day is: ‘Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy’ (Mt 5:7). St. Faustina and St. John Paul II are the patrons of the upcoming WYD in Krakow, Poland, July 26-31.
