This weekend is the second opportunity for the suggested parish collection to assist the victims of Hurricane Harvey. Bishop DiMarzio suggested Oct. 1 as the date for a voluntary collection to assist Hurricane Irma victims. The funds will be distributed through the Catholic Charities National Relief Fund or sent directly to the affected dioceses.
