Bobbi and the Strays Visit Glendale

tt-pancras-pets2-oct-2016

tt-pancras-pets1-oct-2016In honor of the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron of animals, St. Pancras School in Glendale hosted an assembly with Bobbi and the Strays, a Glendale- and Long Island-based animal shelter and adoption organization.

The school community learned how volunteers rescue, care for and find loving homes for stray animals. Children even had the chance to pet Mr. Trouble (who was really no trouble at all). Students were proud to present $480, which they raised during September, to benefit this community organization.
