Bishops Nicholas DiMarzio and Auxiliary Bishops Raymond Chappetto, Octavio Cisneros and Paul Sanchez will visit Catholic schools in Brooklyn and Queens during Catholic Schools Week.
Bishop DiMarzio will conduct his visitations on Thursday, Jan. 30, when he will hold an assembly at Immaculate Conception School, Jamaica Estates, at 9 a.m., and at St. Francis de Sales, Belle Harbor, at 11 a.m. He will be accompanied by Dr. Thomas Chadzutko, the diocesan Superintendent of Schools.
Auxiliary Bishop Raymond Chappetto, vicar general of the Diocese, will visit two schools in Bensonhurst on Tuesday, Jan. 28: Our Lady of Guadalupe, at 9:15 a.m., and St. Athanasius, at 10:30 a.m.
Auxiliary Bishop Octavio Cisneros will hold an assembly on Friday, Jan. 31 at Our Lady of Trust Academy, Canarsie, at 8:45 a.m. He also will celebrate Mass that same day at Midwood Catholic Academy, Flatlands, at 10:30 a.m.
Bishop Paul Sanchez will visit St. Mary Gate of Heaven, Ozone Park, on Wednesday, Jan. 29, at 10:30 a.m. On Wednesday, Feb. 5, he will celebrate Mass at St. Edmund’s, Sheepshead Bay, at 10:30 a.m.
Associate superintendents will accompany the auxiliary bishops.
