Empowering Students to Become Creators of Technology
Bishop Kearney High School in Bensonhurst announces the inauguration of the Project Lead the Way Computer Science Program which empowers students to become creators, instead of merely consumers, of technology.
Project Lead the Way is the premier developer of curriculum used by high schools. Beyond learning the fundamentals of programming, students build computational thinking skills by applying computer science to collaboration tools, modeling and simulation, and data analysis.
Stephan Aguanno will be teaching the course after recently completing certification training from Project Lead the Way.
