Andrea Bocelli to Livestream Easter Performance From Empty Duomo Cathedral

The Tablet Staff

On Easter Sunday, there will be music for hope as one of the world’s most talented artists, Andrea Bocelli, performs from inside the Duomo, Milan’s most famous cathedral.

As Masses and public gatherings in the country continue to be suspended, Bocelli will be there on Easter Sunday at 1 p.m. E.S.T, singing from the empty Cathedral to an audience of livestream viewers.

His inspiration is Christ’s resurrection which, as he explains, celebrates the trust in a life that triumphs.
