Regina Opera Company presents Verdi’s “Aida” this weekend and next at Our Lady of Perpetual Help school auditorium in Sunset Park.

This tragic story of a secret love affair between an enslaved Ethiopian princess (Carami Hilaire) and an Egyptian war hero (Jose Heredia), will be sung in Italian with English supertitles, and presented with full orchestra accompaniment.

Performances will be May 12 and 13, and May 19 and 20 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $25. Discounts available for seniors, young adults and children.
