Msgr. Kevin Noone, pastor of Our Lady of Angels parish, Bay Ridge, blessed the parish’s time capsule and presided at the ceremony of sealing it into the wall of the church. The historical box will be opened for the parish’s celebration of its bicentennial in 2091.
