Dear Editor: Tom Perez, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, recently stated that you cannot be pro-life and a Democrat!

My feelings about being disrespected and shunned have been proven correct. The Democratic Party is no longer a big tent.

I would urge all Catholic voters to change their registration immediately, to send a message to the leadership of the Democratic Party that they have made a huge mistake. The Democratic Party has staked out its position as pro-abortion. This should tell everyone where they stand with these politicians.

Make your decision. There is no more middle ground. There is no doubt.

Let the Democrats know that we do have a strong and powerful voice, if we stick together.
