Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio celebrated Mass and met with parish leaders from Brooklyn Deanery No. 3, comprised of parishes in Downtown Brooklyn, Carroll Gardens, Red Hook and Brooklyn Heights.  The liturgy and meeting was held at Sacred Hearts-St. Stephen, Carroll Gardens. Joining the bishop was Brooklyn episcopal vicar, Msgr. Joseph Grimaldi.
