Stanley Tam, of St. John Vianney parish, Flushing, is from Hong Kong. He and his wife, Judy, have been married for 38 years and they have two sons.

A buildings maintenance manager, he is involved in his parish as an extraordinary minister of the Eucharist and President of the Presidium of the Legion of Mary.

A Mass of thanksgiving will be celebrated at St. John Vianney Church on Sunday, May 24, at 9:30 a.m.
