I pray very subtly. I close my eyes for the time being and softly mumble or speak in my head. Many prayers are me giving thanks for little things throughout the day. Whether it be thanking God for helping me get to school on time or getting me home safely, I pray wherever I am.

Before I go to bed, I say a quiet prayer, thanking God for getting me through the day and also asking Him for help on various subjects.

I pray by speaking to God as I would a friend because He is. I talk to Him about my problems, when I need guidance and when I am grateful. I pray when waking up, before eating, before I go to sleep and before difficult moments.

I usually thank God for everything He has/hasn’t done for me, and then I ask Him, boldly, for my heart’s desires. I usually speak out loud when I am alone, but when I am in public, I either say it in my mind or quietly mouth the words.
