This week’s Tip of the Tablet TALK Top Hat goes to the boys and girls at St. Rose of Lima School, Rockaway Beach. On the feast of St. Vincent de Paul, patron saint of charity, students donated $300, which they raised through a dress-down day fundraiser, and various foodstuffs to the parish food pantry. Children could have directed their generosity toward any charity, but they chose to help families in their local community. Way to go!
