Dear Editor: I live adjacent to First Avenue in Manhattan, a long time route fo ambulances to the East Side and Upper East Side hospitals.

For the past week, there have been more ambulances than ever and I have been praying not only for the sick person on board but for the EMS, thousands of whom have the virus, the rest are keeping away from home to save their families. As are the doctors.

Please, join with the other religious leaders in NYC to put out a call for prayer every day. Prayer works in every language.
