Women’s Health and Fertility Seminar May 30

Innovations in Women’s Health Care, a seminar on the Creighton Model FertilityCare System and NaProTechnology, will be held at Our Lady of Lebanon Cathedral, Brooklyn Heights, May 30.

Co-sponsored by the Eparchy of St. Maron and the diocesan School of Evangelization, the event will run 7-9 p.m. with an optional dinner at 6 p.m.
Maronite Bishop Gregory Mansour will open the evening with prayer. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Paul Carpenter, medical director of the Gianna Center of Long Island for Women’s Health and Fertility.

This seminar is for married couples who want effective and morally acceptable methods of family planning, and for women struggling with various gynecologic issues such as repetitive miscarriage, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, postpartum depression and premenopause.

The suggested donation is $30, but the seminar is free to religious, seminarians and clergy.
