Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio ordained four men as transitional deacons on their way to priestly ordination at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Yonkers, on Nov. 4. The new deacons are Rev. Mr. Jose Diaz and Rev. Mr. Joseph Dutan. Also ordained at the same ceremony for the Archdiocese of New York were Rev. Mr. Michael Connolly and Rev. Mr. Osvaldo Hernandez.  Deacon Diaz has been assigned to St. Leo’s parish, Corona, and Deacon Dutan to St. Paul the Apostle, Corona.
