Tablet Talk March 2, 2019

At 95, This Queen Is Beauty and Grace
In honor of her 95th birthday, Amy Algieri was queen for a day at the Golden Age Club of Our Lady of Mercy Church in Forest Hills. Algieri insisted on personally serving her friends pieces of the delicious chiffon cake with strawberry filling that she brought to the party. She was full of gratitude when thanking everyone for coming out in the snow to be with her for her special day. When asked about her secret to a long life, she laughed and said, “I don’t drink and I don’t smoke.”
