St. Clare Catholic Academy

Compassionate, Child-Centered Education

St. Clare Catholic Academy, located off the Belt and Southern State parkways in Rosedale, provides a child-centered educational environment that assists students in growing academically, spiritually and socially.

Classes follow a broad academic program which includes computer lab, science lab, second language, music, health and physical education. Students can enhance their personal gifts while participating in several extracurricular activities that include a step team, dance clubs, drama club, choir, sports program and a band. This academy also provides free after school remedial and enrichment programs.

Many different program offerings are proof that the academy consistently employs innovative ways to reach and teach students based on their individual needs. With SMART Boards in every classroom, and a technology lab equipped with iPads, Nooks and tablets, the sky is the limit as to the academic information afforded to the students.

St. Clare Catholic Academy offers a free Pre-K for All Program as well as scholarships for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Affordable morning and afterschool daycare is also available.

Parents feel confident each day that their children are in the best place to achieve academic excellence. A pleased kindergarten parent states: “When investing in your child’s education, St. Clare Catholic Academy is where you want your child!”

The mission of St. Clare Catholic Academy is to promote Christian values, to enhance morality and to help students develop respect for self and others. The faculty and staff strive each day to create and ensure a safe and compassionate environment where each child is encouraged to recognize his or her place in the world.

The academy is governed by a dedicated board whose members are well respected in the community, and work tirelessly to ensure the success of students and the vitality of the academy.
