>>Prayers for Mets Answered

Just in time for the MLB playoffs, several local priests enjoyed a Mets game.

Pictured (from left) is Father Ed Kachurka, pastor of St. Gregory the Great, Bellerose; Father Josephjude Gannon, pastor of Incarnation, Queens Village; Bishop Robert Brennan, Bishop of Brooklyn; and Father Christopher Bethge, diocesan vocations director stationed at Cathedral Prep and Seminary, Elmhurst.
Of note, Father Bethge is a New York Yankees fan, but even he wore blue that night to cheer on the Amazin’ Mets.
