The Catholic Youth Organization of Brooklyn and Queens hosted its first diocesan girls’ basketball championships in over two years. The following teams won their respective titles:

Rookie: St. Joan of Arc, Jackson Heights
Intermediate: Resurrection Ascension, Rego Park

The Xaverian H.S., Bay Ridge, boys’ ice hockey team captured this year’s Catholic High School Hockey League ‘A’ Division championship. The Clippers turned in a 6-4 victory in the title game over Archbishop Stepinac, White Plains, N.Y.
The St. Francis Prep, Fresh Meadows, community gathered March 26 at the Crest Hollow Country Club, Woodbury, N.Y., to honor the third class of the Red and Blue Terrier Ring of Honor, which honors outstanding former student-athletes, coaches, and administrators from the school’s past.
