Program Summary:
The Tablet’s Catholic School Fundraiser invites students from Catholic elementary schools to join a contest where they will help sell The Tablet subscriptions to raise funds for their schools, while earning incredible cash rewards for themselves in the process. The Tablet and DeSales Media support Catholic Journalism in our diocese and are committed to covering all the local news about your schools and parishes that you can’t get anywhere else.
Awards:
Top performing students will qualify for the following awards based on the total number of paid subscriptions they generate:
1st prize-$3,000
2nd prize-$2,000
3rd prize-$1,000
The student incentives are $10 per subscription (minimum of 3). The School’s incentives are $10 per subscription (no minimum)!

Every school will receive $10 per paid subscription sold AND the top performing school will earn $3,000.
Schools will be invited to the Pre-Launch Web Presentations on Tuesday, September 19th and Wednesday, September 20th.
Registered students will receive supporting marketing materials the September 18, 2023.
Every school that registers by Friday, August 25, 2023 to participate in the program will be eligible to earn $10 per paid subscription sold by one of their students during the program.
Students will be able to use the iPads, they have already received thanks to the DeSales grant program. They can access a URL page with a registration form where subscribers can automatically sign up with their name and credit card information. People will be able to see it on the page and input their information in a secure manner. It will automatically be entered into The Tablet’s subscription system.
Top performing students will qualify for the following awards based on the total number of paid subscriptions they generate: 1st prize-$3,000, 2nd prize-$2,000 & 3rd prize-$1,000.
Everyone, except for the student PRIZE WINNERS that sell three or more paid subscriptions will earn $10 per paid subscription, up to $500 maximum

The CONTEST PERIOD will begin on Monday, September 25, 2023, and end on Friday, October 6, 2023.
A 12-month subscription to The Tablet is being offered at a discounted rate of $25 and must be paid for during the contest period.
Yes, a paid subscription may be either an extension to a current subscriber’s subscription or a new subscription from a new subscriber. Only paid subscriptions will be included in the contest.
All subscriptions will be entered as automatic renewals unless the subscriber cancels their subscription at the end of the subscription period.
Subscribers must identify the student at the time they subscribe, either by entering the student’s name and school when placing an online credit/debit/Paypal order or on the paper subscription forms that will be supplied. Also, subscriptions may not be pooled or divided among students.
All subscriptions sold during the program will be sold on a NON-REFUNDABLE basis. All subscriptions must be ordered and paid, during the contest period, to be eligible for this contest.
All top seller prizes will be made to the registered student within 60 days of the close of the contest and mailed to the school on or about December 5, 2023.
