Raphael Nzeabalu, the father of Father Cosmas Nzeabalu, a priest of the Archdiocese of Onistha, Nigeria, who is currently ministering at St. Mary Magdalene parish in Springfield Gardens, died April 29.

The funeral took place in Nigeria. A local memorial Mass will be planned for a future date.
