UPDATED 01/21/2016: Pro Vita Mass Postponed Until March 5 Due to Impending Weather

The annual Diocesan Pro Vita Mass, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus will be held at St. James Cathedral-Basilica, Downtown Brooklyn, on Saturday, Jan. 23 at 5 p.m. Auxiliary Bishop Octavio Cisneros will be the main celebrant of the Mass and will preside at the awards ceremony.

The Little Sisters of the Poor, who maintain Queen of Peace Residence in Queens Village, will be the recipient of the Father Michael J. McGivney Medal for Life.

The Bishop Thomas V. Daily Pro Vita Award will be presented to the doctors, nurses and team at Calvary Hospital, Brooklyn campus at NYU Lutheran Hospital, Sunset Park.
