The Pastoral Institute is offering an eight-session formation program for lay leaders called Foundations of Spiritual Practice beginning Oct. 24 at 7:15 p.m. at St. Margaret’s School, Middle Village. The program will focus on deepening dialogue with God through the rich spiritual traditions of the Catholic faith. The speakers will be from Ignatian, Franciscan, Carmelite and other traditions. The program will be simultaneously offered in English and Spanish and is designed for lay pastoral leaders, as well as catechetical leaders. The program will take place on Thursdays, from 7:15 to 9:15 p.m.
