Our Lady of Lourdes in Queens Village is celebrating the Feast of Our Lady of Velankanni/Our Lady of Good Health. The novena runs Aug. 31 to Sept. 8, 7-8:30 p.m. in the chapel. Celebration includes Mass, exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, recitation of the rosary and novena prayers. The celebration culminates on Sept. 9 with a 4 p.m. procession followed by a 5 p.m. Mass celebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Paul Sanchez. Reception and fellowship follows at the church parking lot.
