The Tablet team was in place as Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller of San Antonio, Texas, right, lead the opening prayer at V Encuentro in Grapevine, Texas. More than 3,000 Hispanic Catholic leaders and bishops from across the country, including Brooklyn Auxiliary Bishop Octavio Cisneros, are in attendance.
