Only in Print: Love Prevails: Wedding Bells Continue to Ring Across Diocese

WINDSOR TERRACE — For Katrina Calvacca-Burger, having the opportunity to still hold her wedding on Oct. 24, 2020, at St. Mary Gate of Heaven Parish (Ozone Park) meant everything. It was the original date she and her husband Daniel chose before the pandemic began, and where Calvacca-Burger’s parents and grandparents got married.

About 50 people attended the church ceremony, but the newlyweds will be holding the reception, as well as a renewal of vows at the church, next year …
