Sister Maria (Mary E.) Przyborowska, C.S.F.N., a member of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth for 76 years, died Sept. 19. She was 92.

Born in Brooklyn, she entered the congregation, professing perpetual vows on Aug. 15, 1949.

She attended Our Lady of Czestochowa Elementary School, Sunset Park, and Nazareth Academy in Philadelphia. She earned her teaching certificate from Holy Family Teacher Training in Philadelphia and her bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Villanova University.

For 43 years, she taught in elementary schools including St. Adalbert, Elmhurst, 1972-86, and St. Stanislaus Kostka, Greenpoint, 1986-2002.

She also spent several years caring for babies and young children at Little Flower Children’s Services in Wading River, L.I., 1961-64, and St. Christopher Home in Sea Cliff, L.I., 1964-65.

She is survived by her brother, Prosper.

Burial was at Holy Family Cemetery, Monroe, N.Y.
