The Diocese will observe the 78th anniversary of the death of sainthood candidate Msgr. Bernard Quinn, with a memorial Mass at St. Brigid’s Church, Westbury, L.I., on Saturday, April 7, at 10 a.m. Bishop John O. Barres, Bishop of Rockville Centre, will be the main celebrant. Following Mass, there will be procession to and visitation of the grave of Msgr. Quinn in Holy Rood Cemetery, adjacent to the church.
