Mass of Inclusion and Community Resource Fair in Queens, April 10

A Mass of Inclusion and Community Resource Fair for persons with disabilities and seniors will be held at American Martyrs parish, Bayside, on Sunday, April 10. All are welcome to attend the 12:30 p.m. Mass, followed by the resource fair, which runs 1:30 – 3 p.m. The event is sponsored by Catholic Charities’ Office Disabilities Services and the parish disabilities advocates of northern Queens.

Representatives from organizations serving persons with disabilities and seniors will be present to provide information and answer questions.

Among those scheduled to attend: St. John’s Speech and Hearing Center, Parker at Your Door (house calls), Association of Neurologically Impaired and Brain-Injured Children (ANIBIC), Alzheimer’s Adult Day Program (Catholic Charities), Depression Screening (Catholic Charities), Caring Kind (formerly Alzheimer’s Association), Medicaid Assistance Program, NYC Department of Mental Health and Hygiene and the Mental Health Association.
