Students at 32 academies and schools in the Diocese of Brooklyn are learning to use iPads this fall thanks to a technology grant from DeSales Media Group, the technology and communications arm of the Diocese of Brooklyn and parent company of The Tablet. More than 3,000 iPads were distributed. At St. Nicholas of Tolentine Catholic Academy, Jamaica, seventh and eighth grade iPad buddies help students in the lower grades learn how to use the new devices.
