The Golden Age Club at Mary’s Nativity-St. Ann parish, Flushing, is taking a bus trip to the Shrine of Our Lady of the Island, Manorville, L.I., May 24.

Sister Loretta

Jamaica Estates parishioners will remember their beloved “Sister of the Neighborhood,” Sister Loretta Murphy (Sister John Muriel), C.S.J., with a memorial Mass at Immaculate Conception Church on May 15 at 7:30 p.m.
Sister Loretta passed onto her eternal reward in May of last year. A reception will follow in the parish hall. Call 718-739-0880.
