Edward Montero, the son of Deacon Adalberto Montero, of St. Mary Star of the Sea-St. Gertrude, Far Rockaway, died on May 1 at his residence.

A funeral Mass was celebrated May 4 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Church.

Burial was in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, L. I.
