The school instills a strong foundation in the Catholic faith through the religion curriculum and opportunities to come together as a school community in prayer. St. Sebastian School has created a setting in which students have the opportunity to succeed to the best of their abilities and discover their God-given talents. Teachers and parents strive to become partners in education as every effort is made to meet the varying abilities of the students through differentiated instruction.
Students love the after-school sports program, which is free and invites students from grades five through eight to participate. The children are taught the fundamentals of basketball, volleyball and softball as well as good sportsmanship and teamwork. Various after-school clubs, moderated by faculty members, are also available. Paul Effman Band Service offers after-school music lessons for reasonable prices. Extended Day is available until 6 p.m. and can be used as needed.
