TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR

Rev. Msgr. Edward A. Ryan, to temporary administrator of St. Gregory the Great, Bellerose, while remaining in senior priest status and in private residence in the Diocese of Rockville Centre, effective Jan. 28.

Rev. Msgr. Robert J. Pawson, to temporary administrator of Mary’s Nativity – St. Ann, Flushing, while remaining in senior priest status, senior priest liaison, and with residence at Our Lady of Lourdes, Queens Village, effective Feb. 15.

Rev. Stephen M. Cantwell, C.M., from parochial vicar of St. John the Baptist, Bedford Stuyvesant, to ministry with his order in Argentina, effective Feb. 14.

Rev. John P. Cush, from faculty at the Pontifical North American College, Rome, to faculty at St. Joseph’s Seminary, Dunwoodie, while remaining released from diocesan assignment – ministering outside Brooklyn, effective July 15.

Rev. Alonzo Q. Cox, to temporary director of the Liturgical Office of the Diocese of Brooklyn, while remaining pastor of St. Martin de Porres, Bedford Stuyvesant, and coordinator of ministry to African Americans, effective Jan. 31.

Deacon Adalberto Montero, from deacon of St. Mary Star of the Sea and St. Gertrude, Far Rockaway, to retired status, effective March 1.
