Deacon Jaime Pinzón, of St. Joan of Arc parish, Jackson Heights, was arrested Dec. 15 and has been charged in connection with an alleged incident involving a woman on the subway.

His faculties as a deacon have been suspended and parishioners of St. Joan of Arc were notified during Mass immediately following the initial report.
