Several Corpus Christi processions were conducted in Bay Ridge on Sunday, June 22. Among them was this revival of the traditional practice at St. Patrick’s parish. Parishioners who participated in the 12:30 p.m. liturgy walked in procession to the chapel at Visitation Monastery. Msgr. Michael Hardiman, pastor, carried the Blessed Sacrament along the route and then led benediction at the conclusion of the walk. He was accompanied by Father Andre Bain, parochial vicar. Members of the parish’s men’s club carried the canopy.
