Cathedral Condominiums, 555 Washington Ave., Brooklyn, is the site of the former Cathedral Prep, the diocesan minor seminary when it was located in Brooklyn. The Flemish-style building is adorned with gargoyles and spires. But the classrooms have been replaced by duplex and triplex apartments. Original appointments of the main lobby remain, while the inner courtyard has been redesigned into a garden area.
