The Spanish-speaking community honored Auxiliary Bishop Octavio Cisneros for his evangelizaion work, especially with the Fifth Encuentro, which conducted its diocesan plenary meeting at the Evangelization Assembly. The Encuentro now moves to the state level with a meeting set for Albany.
